Building Installation
1. Installation time frames vary in different States, due to demand. Please call us and we will try and provide you with a schedule estimate.
2, The Manufacturer will contact you approximately 3-5 days in advance to set up your delivery/installation date.
3. Building can be installed on any level surface and includes standard re-bar anchors.
Site must be clear. Widespan buildings, over 40 feet wide (some states require concrete for 32′ wide or wider), require cement surface.
4. One (1) foot clearance around outside of building required for carports and 2 feet for any finished (enclosed) side.
5. Standard metal building installation by the manufacturer is included in the price! If any additional site work is needed, there could be additional costs. Note that for widespan buildings, the customer is responsible for obtaining a forklift to be on site.
